I have been training 17 years now, currently a fit 37. In addition to being a full time professional, I am also a personal trainer. I stopped competing in 2010 due to an injury. Now I just train for the love of it… I’m 230 but competed at light heavy. I won a show in NJ and NY at the time when the photo with my best muscle definition was taken. I like being heavier ..I never had a need for strict diet and never included cardio as part of my workout. My physique was all due to weight lifting, dedication, and enjoying a fit lifestyle.
